This wine has a crystalline appearance and a very pale pink colour with noticeable bubbles. The nose is extremely fresh and intense, with a clear presence of carbon dioxide and fruit, and hints of strawberry.
Refreshing on the palate with a remarkable fruity sensation reminiscent of the nasal phase. Long and elegant finish, with great persistence of the fruity notes and a lingering sensation of freshness.
We recommend enjoying it at around 4ºC or even with ice.

Eva Armisén
Blum is the onomatopoeia of bloom, an English word that alludes to the sound of uncorking this Frizzante. The image, created in collaboration with the renowned artist Eva Armisén, follows the winery's philosophy of focusing on nature by using flowers for its image. “We wanted something fresh, colourful, sparkling, just like the wine, that would convey life and joy. I thought of the explosion of flowers, as I am fascinated by the beauty of flowering. It represents a whole process of nature, just like winemaking” explains the artist. The result is an exclusively designed, limited edition bottle, which can be collected and reused.
