LAUS Chardonnay-Garnacha
When the grapes reached optimum ripeness they were harvested during the night, transported and brought into the winery for cold maceration to obtain a more structured, fruity wine. After the careful extraction of the free-run juice with static settling in an inert atmosphere, alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve all the fruity aromas of the wine.

Due to a delicate and meticulous winemaking process, this wine fully reflects all the fruity aromas of both the chardonnay and grenache varieties it is made from. Complex and elegant, its bouquet is enhanced by citrus and tropical aromas( lemon rind, pineapple and ripe banana
