Chardonnay y garnacha blanca
When the grapes reached optimum ripeness they were harvested during the night, transported and brought into the winery for cold maceration to obtain a more structured, fruity wine. After the careful extraction of the free-run juice with static settling in an inert atmosphere, alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve all the fruity aromas of the wine.
A bright white wine, lemon yellow in colour, with greenish and steely flashes typical of its youth. In the nose it shows a complex, elegant fruity aroma featuring citrus and tropical notes (lemon peel, pears in syrup, pineapple and ripe banana). Syrah y garnacha tinta
Rosé wine made with the free-run juice of syrah and red garnacha grapes meticulously selected from our best vineyards in Barbastro. The grapes, at their optimum point of ripeness, are macerated separately for several hours to extract a must rich in fruity aromas. After natural, static cleaning, it ferments at low temperatures to preserve fruit as a main feature of the wine.
Crystal clear, with an attractive pale pink colour. In the nose it is very clean and fruity, with clear touches of strawberry, sweets, red fruit and violets. A very pleasant, balanced wine.Buy

Merlot y syrah
Vino procedente de un ensamblaje al 50% de las variedades merlot y syrah que se complementan perfectamente entre ellas. Las dos fermentaron, por separado, a suaves temperaturas para extraer todo su carácter frutal y los taninos menos agresivos. Después de la fermentación maloláctica, se realizó el ensamblaje del vino y su posterior embotellado.

Laus Garnacha Barrica
Single varietal wine made with red Gernache from our vineyards. The grapes ferment at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aiming to extract the softest tannins and fruity aromas. After malolactic fermentation, the wine rests in mixed oak barrels for 4 months, resulting in a round, complex wine.
With a crystalline appearance and intense ruby colour, this red wine also shows violet and purple hues. Intense and fruity on the nose. Well-marked sweet red fruits on a smoked, vanilla, and spicy background. Smooth mouthfeel with sweet tannins and a remarkably pleasant, fruity palate. A long, lingering, and silky finish reveals toasted nuances.
Laus Tinto Crianza
Merlot y cabernet sauvignon
Wine from grapes from our vineyards with each variety fermented separately at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging was carried out in 225-litre oak barrels; part in mixed oak and part in French oak. It spent eight months in the barrel to integrate the grapes and the contribution of the wood through micro-oxygenation.
Deep, intense plum-coloured red wine with touches of red and shades of blue. In the nose it is very intense, marked by the aromas from the oak-aging process – toasted wood, vanilla and spices – and also those from the grape: ripe fruit, peach, black plums and preserved cherries. In the mouth, it is a broad, fresh, dense wine with sweet, silky tannins both in the attack and as it passes through, inviting you to drink it. Laus Tinto Reserva
The grapes fermented at controlled temperature after prefermentation cold maceration for 48 hours. For better extraction of aromas and polyphenols it was pumped over and the of delestage (rack and return) and pigeage (punching the cap) processes were carried out. After malolactic fermentation, we put the wine into new French oak barrels from different forests and coopers. It spent 13 months in the barrel to achieve full integration of the grape and the contribution of the wood, thanks to oxygen.
Crystal clear deep ruby red wine with touches of bright red and garnet. In the nose it is intense, featuring the aromas of the oak barrel: toasted wood, smoke, pastries, spices and tar, well integrated with ripe fruit and raspberry jam. In the mouth it is a voluminous wine with well-marked tannin, and some more aggressive tannins persist, denoting that it can be aged longer in the bottle. The fruity flavours of the grape and the flavours from the barrel are blended, giving touches of chocolate, leather, spices and ripe fruit.Buy
