Syrah and Red Garnacha
Rosé wine made with the free-run juice of Syrah and Red Garnacha grapes meticulously selected from our best vineyards in Barbastro. The grapes, at their optimum point of ripeness, are macerated separately for several hours to extract a must rich in fruity aromas. After it is cleaned in a natural, static way, it ferments at low temperatures to preserve fruit as a main feature of the wine.
When the grapes reached optimum ripeness they were harvested during the night, transported and brought into the winery for cold maceration to obtain a more structured, fruity wine. After the careful extraction of the free-run juice with static settling in an inert atmosphere, alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve all the fruity aromas of the wine.
